Celebrating the Monarch

Bailey-Johnson says the best way to help the Monarch is to mow less frequently and not all the way to their wood lines or shorelines.

Milkweed is one of the only plants in our area that the Monarch will lay its eggs on, which the caterpillars will eat before their transformation.
