A Chanhassen man was killed in a snowmobile accident near the Hubbard County line Saturday morning.
According to a release from the Becker County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and emergency personnel responded to the report of a snowmobile rollover on Wilderness Bay Road in northeastern Becker County.
Fifty-year-old Troy Eggers was pronounced dead at the scene.
The DNR, Hubbard County Sheriff’s Office, Hubbard Rescue and North Memorial Ambulance also assisted at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation, according to the release.
