The Bemidji City Council is scheduled to meet in a virtual format this Monday at 6 p.m.
Items for discussion include the consideration of a bid award of a one block project through the intersection of 5th Street and America Avenue.
The storm sewer, and the water and sewer mains within the project area will be replaced, as well as the reconstruction of the street and pedestrian access upgrades.
The city engineer estimated the project would cost $295,000, and two bids came in around that number.
The council will also discuss special event permitting.
