In Bemidji, Ward 1 had an 84 percent turnout, Ward 2, 81 percent, Ward 3’s two precincts had an 85 and 91 percent turnout, ward 4, 89 percent, and ward 5, 90 percent, with the city in total averaging 87 percent.
