A Clearwater County Sheriff’s deputy accused of two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor has resigned.
Sheriff Darin Halverson reportedly said that he received the resignation of 31-year-old Neil Henry Dolan on Dec. 13.
Dolan was the school resource officer when the assault on a 15-year-old freshman student at Bagley High School in 2017 allegedly took place.
Dolan’s next court appearance is in February, and he posted a non-cash bond earlier this month.
