Clearwater deputy jailed

A Clearwater County Sheriff’s Deputy is currently in custody.

According to the jail roster, 31-year-old Neil Dolan of Shevlin is in custody on suspicion of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, as well as suspicion of sending an inappropriate electronic communication to a child.

Dolan was arrested yesterday afternoon, and has not yet been arraigned.

The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is conducting the investigation, and they say he will be charged today.
