Forty-six new COVID-19 cases were reported in Beltrami County Thursday, as well as two new deaths, both residents in their 80s.
Beltrami County Public Health Director Megan Heuer reported Wednesday that there were 177 active cases within the county, with 10 COVID hospital admissions locally.
Seven of those hospitalizations are Beltrami County residents.
More than 1,800 cases were reported in the state with 11 deaths.
MDH also reported 11 new cases in Cass County, eight new cases in Clearwater County, and six new cases in Hubbard County.
Nearly 70 percent of all adults in Beltrami County have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, with 68 percent of the 12 and older, eligible population.
