The Minnesota Department of Health, in its Wednesday reports for information current from Friday at 4 a.m. through Tuesday at 4 a.m., added nearly 45,000 new cases and 37 new deaths.
Two of the deaths were in Cass County, a resident in their early 30s and a resident in their early 60s.
Beltrami County added 108 new COVID cases in this multi-day update, Cass County added 80 cases, Clearwater County had 11 new cases and Hubbard County added 81.
On Thursday, MDH added 11,440 new cases and 78 new COVID deaths.
One of the deaths reported Thursday was a Cass County resident in their late 70s.
Of the new cases recorded Thursday, 38 were in Beltrami County, 34 were in Cass County, 12 were in Clearwater County, and 22 were in Hubbard County.
