Crookston Man Shoots Himself in Hunting Accident

POLK COUNTY- An 18-year-old Crookston man reportedly suffered non-life-threatening injuries after shooting himself in a hunting accident.

In a media release on Sunday, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office stated deputies made contact with the victim at the RiverView Health Emergency Room on Saturday.

According to deputies, he was hunting geese at the time, when his gun accidentally discharged.
