Downtown barricade use extended until Oct. 19

While many restaurants are bringing in their patio furniture due to the unpredictable fall climate of northern Minnesota, Bemidji City Manager Nate Mathews says that restaurants may continue to use the downtown barricades through this week and weekend.

“We initially were removing them Oct. 1, but are extending it until Oct. 19,” said Mathews in a message.

As the weather looks good, at least for now, Bemidjians can enjoy outdoor dining a bit longer.
