DULUTH- Two men from Duluth are facing federal drug charges for the alleged distribution of more than a kilogram of heroin.
The U-S Attorney’s Office says 36-year-old Eric Black and 39-year-old Otis Weaver are charged in a 15-count indictment. Black and Weaver are accused of selling heroin on several occasions from March 20th through May 30th of this year.
They were busted with four-point-three pounds of heroin, a half pound of cocaine and 95-thousand dollars cash. The Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force called it its largest-ever heroin seizure.
