Covid or not, here it comes! e-Cubed, The Elevated Epicurean Experience, the Headwaters Science Center’s signature event IS happening! But, of course, it needs to be done very differently in 2021 due to the coronavirus. So, this year, it will be virtual and you will join the science from your home. This year, you buy an eCube from the Science Center and take it home where you will use it during the live online event Saturday the 27th.
A cube for one is $40 and a cube for two is $75. Buy them online HERE, then take them home and get ready. In the cube, you’ll find the signature cocktail, the flaming dessert, some science fun (of course), and a tax deductible donation to the Headwaters Science Center. The folks at the Headwaters Science Center urge you to take part in the wine wall (provided you are 21 and older, of course) at the Center when you come to pick up your cube.
Also, they urge you to order take out or delivery from one of the many wonderful restaurants in town to make the evening complete. For the past 11 years, restaurants and chefs in the Bemidji area have donated their time (and food!) to e-Cubed. But it has been a really tough year for the hospitality industry, so they urge you to support the restaurants who have given much to the event and Headwaters Science Center over the years.
