Enrollment dips slightly at BSU

BEMIDJI– Enrollment at Bemidji State University has declined almost five percent for undergraduate students and almost four percent for graduate students since last year.

According to a release, retention rates have dipped a tenth of a percent from last year, with BSU holding on to 72.3 percent of students.

BSU welcomed nearly 4900 students to campus in 2019, and the university compares Fall 2018 and Fall 2019 enrollment rates to determine these figures.

Post Secondary Education Opportunities and concurrent enrollment of high school students has grown over 20 percent.
