The Northwoods Arts Council will host the 26th Annual Art and Book Festival in Hackensack, on 3rd St. and Lake Ave., on Saturday, Aug. 14, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Over 60 artists will participate, as well as 30 authors.
Hackensack Lions Club will host an early childhood vision screening, and there will be children’s activities, too.
The event will also feature craft beer, food, and live music.
