John O’Conor will perform in Bemidji tomorrow at Bemidji State University’s Thompson Recital Hall.
O’Conor, is an Irish pianist and pedagogue, and a former director of the Royal Irish Academy of Music. He is most well-known for his Beethoven recordings, some of which he will perform here.
BSU’s Associate Professor of Music Eric Olson previewed the concert and the honor of hosting such a musician right here in northern Minnesota.
Tickets will be on sale tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. outside the Thompson Recital Hall, and are $20 for the general public, $15 for seniors, and free for BSU and NTC students.
