The Bemidji Jaycees are bringing back the coloring contest for the 79th Annual Water Carnival!
The winning design will be featured on Water Carnival and Medallion Hunt buttons, and the artist will be the Grand Marshal in the Grand Parade on Sunday, July 2.
The contest is open to children and teens 18 and younger. The design must be hand-drawn with a patriotic theme in a circular shape and include Paul Bunyan, Babe the Blue Ox, and a lake. Submissions are due March 10, more information at: https://www.bemidjijaycees.com/water-carnival.html
