Brain Enhancement Dancing at Bemidji Senior Center

Monday, March 20th at the Bemidji Senior Center at 9:30am, Walter (Bear) Hartell will give a presentation about BED (Brain Enhancement Dancing).
We will have a sign-up sheet for those interested in taking this free 6-week class. To preregister text Bear at 218-831-5458.
His first series of classes will begin Monday, March 27 at 9:30-11:30 continuing each Monday, April 3 ,10, 17, 24 & May 1 held at the Bemidji Senior Center at
9:30am-11:30am. The class size is limited to 20 but Bear plans to offer the class once a season or every 3 months roughly.
