During this series, Instructor Angie Clark During this 3-week series, we will turn things upside down with sasangasana (rabbit pose) and ardha pincha mayurasana (dolphin pose) to gain strength and balance for our peak pose, sirsasana (headstand). Be open to participating in an asana demos and you might find more comfort, stability, and ease in postures that require confidence and core strength. After the 30-minute asana workshop, enjoy a 60-minute flow class with centering, warm-ups, sun salutations, standing poses, back bends, twists, forward folds, warm-down, savasana, pranayama and meditation.
