Mitch Berg, adjunct professor of political science, will present his research on “Promoting Tribal, County and Municipal Relations” as part of the 2019-2020 Honors Program Lecture Series. In addition to his role at Bemidji State, Berg is the city administrator for the city of Mahnomen, Minn.
