Have you ever wanted to try Kangoo Jumps®? Kangoo Jumps® rebounding boots are used in this 30-minute outdoor class geared towards Beginners! Kangoo Power™ and some Kangoo Boot CampTM style will be used, giving you a great variety! The boots reduce impact on joints by 80%. Good for all fitness levels. You will learn the basics of rebounding while getting fit, smiles are endless in this class! Boot owners welcome! Bring to class: long socks, water bottle, hand weights and sweat towel.
