The Living Hope Support Group will meet the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at the Bemidji First Assembly Church. This is a faith-based, peer-led support group that is open to the public, designed for adults struggling with depression. Workbook journals are recommended (but not necessary) and are available for $20.
