Michelle Marion, Anishinaabe and Akimel O’otham will prepare traditional squash puree casserole in Harmony Food Coop’s community kitchen , “a reflection of the land, its native plants, and above all else, history.”
Michelle grew up on the east coast in Maryland but has lived on the Leech Lake Reservation for the last 10 years.
The class is Wednesday, Oct. 19, at 5:30 p.m. Admission is $15 and all materials will be provided.
