Bemidji Senior Center’s Walk With Ease classes will take place on Mondays beginning Feb. 7.
The original release stated the classes would begin Feb. 1.
These six, free classes are put on by the U of M Extension Office and facilitated by Sandra Gehrke, and includes a Walking Guidebook.
Class times are 1 p.m. and will continue Feb. 14, 21, 28, and March 7 and 14.
