A Foley man was killed in an apparent accidental electrocution at Team Industries in Audubon.
According to a release from the Becker County Sheriff’s Office, an initial report said a man was on the ground in the parking lot next to equipment that was touching a powerline.
Emergency responders arrived and found a recycling semi-truck parked with the hydraulic bed extension resting against an overhead power line.
The victim, 43-year-old Marlyn Boyle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
