Dolan was the School Resource Officer at Bagley High School, and he assaulted one girl and one boy, between the ages of 14 and 15, in his office on campus, from 2017 to 2019.

Dolan was initially arrested in the fall of 2019  and was recently sentenced in another county for sexual assault crimes at a children’s summer camp.

Prosecutors are seeking aggravated sentences due to Dolan’s position of authority over his victims.

Sentencing is scheduled for July 12.
