Fosston man arrested after escape from custody

A Fosston man with felony escape from custody charges is now in custody.

According to a release, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received an anonymous tip Sunday that 29-year-old Jerrod Ash was at the 600 block of 9th St. NW in Fosston.

When deputies responded, they found Ash hiding inside an apartment in the Regency Apartment building.

Ash also had three other felony warrants in addition to the escape from custody charges.
