The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is recognizing 45 wastewater facilities in northwestern Minnesota for operational excellence.
The standards for the recognition were consistent compliance with requirements, such as submitting reports correctly and on time and employing MPCA-certified staffers.
Bagley, Blackduck, Clearbrook and Gonvick Wastewater Treatment Plants made the list.
