Four arrested after Cass Lake drug bust

The Leech Lake Tribal Police Department says four were arrested Wednesday after a search warrant was executed in the Stony Point area of Cass Lake.

According to a release, the bust resulted in the seizure of suspected methamphetamine, fentanyl and marijuana, as well as prescription pills, a stolen handgun and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Four children were placed on a protective hold.

Terrance Jones, 37, was arrested on a DOC warrant and faces charges for drug possession.

Ashley Robinson, also 37, faces charges of storing meth paraphernalia in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult.

Tanner Stangel, 29, was arrested on a felony warrant.

A juvenile was also arrested.

The Paul Bunyan Drug Task Force, Cass County Sheriff’s Office and MN BCA assisted with the investigation.
