Four arrested in drug bust on White Earth

Four were arrested after a drug bust last Friday in the White Earth Nation.

The White Earth Police Department says a search of a residence in the Old Projects area of Pine Point led to the discovery of a large amount of fentanyl and methamphetamine.

The narcotics, as well as over $10,000 in cash, a firearm and ammunition, were seized.

All four arrested are being held on existing warrants with formal charges related to the bust pending with the Becker County Attorney’s Office.

The Becker County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota BCA, the Paul Bunyan Drug Task Force and the FBI Headwaters Safe Trails Task Force, in addition to numerous other agencies, assisted at the scene.

The White Earth Police Department thanks “….our great nation for partnering with us and helping us curb the flow of illicit drugs in our communities and to our people.”
