Frazee man seriously injured, two dogs lost in fire

A 24-year-old man is being treated for severe burns and two dogs were lost after a house fire in Frazee.

According to a release, the fire was reported last night after 8 p.m., and the house is considered a total loss.

The State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the blaze. The 24-year-old man was transported by air ambulance to the hospital.

The Frazee Fire Department was assisted by the Detroit Lakes, Vergas and Perham Fire Departments, Frazee Police and Frazee Rescue, and the Becker County Sheriff’s Office.
