General Election tomorrow, absentee ballots must be turned in by 3 p.m.

Tomorrow is the General Election, and while Secretary of State Steve Simon says there is not yet a court ruling saying that ballots received after election day are invalid, for every vote to count, votes must be in by 8 p.m. tomorrow.

If you have already mailed your completed ballot, you can check its status at mnvotes.org.

You can drop off your completed ballot at the Beltrami County Auditor-Treasurer’s office, on the second floor of the administration building, or request to complete an absentee ballot there in person.

Tomorrow in the City of Bemidji, Ward 1 residents vote at BSU’s American Indian Resource Center, Ward 2 votes at the Armory, Ward 3 at the Boys and Girls Club, Ward 4 at City Hall and Ward 5 at Northwest Technical College. Polls will be open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

To find your polling place, go to pollfinder.sos.state.mn.us.
