Grants available for nonprofits, other entities to improve outcomes for those experiencing homelessness

The Northwest Minnesota Continuum of Care, as part of its Racial Equity Accountability Project, is working to identify, dismantle, and de-colonize instances of racism within the regional homelessness response system.

Grant funding is available to eligible groups such as 501c3 nonprofits, public agencies and tribal organizations within the Northwest Continuum of Care’s service area that can help the NWCOC with these goals.

This grant opportunity supports the development and advancement of locally driven diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in Northwest Minnesota that will improve outcomes for individuals living through homelessness. Grant proposals should demonstrate the local situation or need, identify who is involved in the initiative, and define the greater goals of the effort.
