With the Great River Rescue needing to temporarily close during the Covid-19 situation, Brandon Mustful sent out a plea for pet fostering or adoption so the many animals in the shelter would be cared for.
Well, he was heard, and Mustful told Paul Bunyan Broadcasting’s Tom Lucas Wednesday that an overwhelming number of people either fostered or adopted the animals.
They are still taking names of those interested in either foster or adopting in case needs arise during the closure.
