Greater Bemidji Joint Planning Board receives award

The Greater Bemidji Area Joint Planning Board recently won an award from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.

Northern Township was given a Local Government Innovation Award in the township category as a leading innovator, for their joint planning efforts with the City of Bemidji.

The JPB will also receive a $5,000 grant from the Bush Foundation to continue their work, as well as a professional video for marketing and awareness.

Larissa Donovan is the News Director for the stations of Paul Bunyan Broadcasting and has been, almost without interruption, since Election Day 2016.
