International Falls man charged with sexual assault

BEMIDJI– An International Falls man facing criminal sexual conduct charges will make his next court appearance Monday.

According to the criminal complaint, 31-year-old Nickolas Sether is accused of inappropriately touching a four-year-old relative over a year ago while the child was staying with him in Bemidji.

Bail has been set unconditionally at $25,000 and Sether is currently out of custody on a bond.
