A Clearwater County Sheriff’s deputy is expected to be arraigned tomorrow on a criminal sexual conduct charge.
According to the complaint, 31-year-old Neil Dolan allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year-old in his office at Bagley High School.
Dolan was the school resource officer when the alleged assault took place in June 2017.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says their investigation began after a complaint was sent to them by the Bagley Police Chief, who said she was concerned about Dolan’s inappropriate behavior towards a student.
