BEMIDJI– Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan paid a visit to Bemidji yesterday afternoon.
According to a release, the visit was to highlight the different pathways students can take here in Bemidji, with the four-year option at Bemidji State and the two-year-option at Northwest Technical College.
Students had the opportunity to speak to Flanagan during the luncheon at the American Indian Resource Center, and discussed the challenges of finding childcare, and also discussed the AIRC as a support system for American Indian students.
