A Mahnomen woman was injured after rear-ending a truck on Highway 200 yesterday afternoon.
According to the release from the state patrol, 35-year-old Shalene Brown was following a plow in her Chevy Malibu on Highway 200 when a Chevy Pickup, driven by 58-year-old John Spalla, pulled out of a driveway near 230th Street in front of the Malibu and was rear-ended.
Spalla was uninjured, and Brown was treated for her injuries at a Mahnomen hospital.
Roads were snowy and icy at the time, and alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash.
