A 26-year-old Maple Grove man was killed in a Cass County crash.
Sheriff Tom Burch reports that deputies responded to the Pine Mountain Lake Road in rural Backus around 2 a.m. Saturday, and found a Chevy Suburban had left the roadway and rolled over.
Lifesaving efforts were performed but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
An autopsy is scheduled with the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The crash remains under investigation.
Backus Fire and North Memorial Ambulance assisted at the scene.
