Medical condition kills semi driver near Warren

WARREN– A medical condition is cited as the cause of death for a semi driver who lost control of his vehicle and went off the road in Polk County’s Farley Township.

According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, the semi had gone off the road into the ditch after nearly a hitting a school bus near County Road 67 and County Road 20 last Friday.

Sixty-four-year-old Lawrence Haddaway from Daytona Beach, Florida, is said to have suffered a medical emergency while driving. He was pronounced dead at the Warren Hospital.

The driver of the school bus was identified as Francis Kuznia of Warren.
