Nameless Coalition for the Homeless Day Center groundbreaking next week

The groundbreaking for the Nameless Coalition for the Homeless Day Center is next week.

Through a grant the City of Bemidji applied for with the Coalition as a subgrantee, the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development will provide the funds for a renovation.

Sanford Bemidji donated the former Upper Mississippi Mental Health Center building on 15th St. NW for the day center.

The groundbreaking will be Wednesday, Nov. 3, at 10 a.m.

The Nameless Coalition for the Homeless operates the Wolfe, an emergency overnight shelter that operates from October to May.
