The Minnesota BCA has not made an arrest after 14 Minnesota schools were targeted with “swatting” hoaxes last Wednesday.
Investigators say it appears all calls came from the same suspect.
Bemidji High School received such a call and was “secure” around 2 p.m. that day, with additional law enforcement and staff present.
The week prior, schools in other states were subjected to these “swatting” calls, where the caller has a presumed intent to produce a swift and significant law enforcement response by reporting an active shooter situation.
