No one was injured in a house fire early this morning in Hubbard County.
According to a release from the Bemidji Fire Department, a motorist along County Road 9 reported the blaze on the 22,000 block around 1 this morning.
Eighteen firefighters spent four hours on the scene in bitterly cold temperatures.
The fire caused extensive damage to the attic and main floor area, and the cause at this point is not thought to be suspicious.
The Beltrami and Hubbard County Sheriff’s Offices, Minnesota State Patrol, the state Fire Marshal’s Office and Bemidji Ambulance assisted at the scene.
