No injuries in Nymore residential fire

No injuries were reported in a house fire Saturday in Nymore.

According to a release from Bemidji Fire Chief David Hoefer, firefighters responded to the 600 block of Lincoln Ave. SE  in the around 5:30 p.m., and the fire appears to have been accidentally started in the attic of the home.

Stations 1, 2 and 3 responded to the scene, and the blaze caused moderate damage to the home.

Hoefer says smoke alarms notified the occupants of the fire.
