One injury in Northome crash

A Kelliher woman was injured in a crash near Northome Saturday evening.

According to the state patrol, 21-year-old Xenia Hillman was eastbound on Highway 1 when she swerved to avoid an animal, entered the ditch and rolled.

Hillman was treated for non-life threatening injuries at the hospital in Big Fork. Her passenger, Tawney Welch of Chisholm, was uninjured.
