One seriously injured in dirt bike crash in Foothills State Forest

A Frazee woman was seriously injured after a dirt bike crash in the Foothills State Forest Saturday.

According to Cass County Sheriff Tom Burch, the 42-year-old was operating a dirt bike on the trail when she struck rocks. She crashed and fell onto the rocks.

She was treated on scene for serious injuries before transport to a Fargo hospital.

DNR Conservation Officers, Backus Fire, North Memorial Ambulance and AirCare assisted at the scene.
