Operation Roundup distributes over $41K to area nonprofits

The Beltrami Electric Cooperative Trust Board recently awarded 25 grants to area nonprofit and community organizations. According to a release, this trust board for “Operation Roundup” distributed over $41,000 to youth programs, church efforts, arts organizations and more.

Operation Roundup is a charitable program unique to electric cooperatives, giving members an opportunity to use small change to make an impact in their local communities.

Project categories for organizations applying for grants are Community Service, Economic Development, Education & Youth and Environment.
