An Osage woman is receiving treatment for life threatening injuries after a crash Friday night near Lake George.
According to the state patrol, 50-year-old Jennifer Tinkler of Bemidji was northbound on Highway 71 and 20-year-old Nykia Neuerburg of Osage was southbound, just west of Hubbard County Road 91. The two vehicles came together in a head-on collission.
Neuerberg, who was driving a 2005 Suzuki Forenza, was transported to the Sanford Hospital in Fargo for life threatening injuries.
Tinkler, driving a 2014 Honda CRS Wagon, was not injured, but may have been under the influence of alcohol, according to the report.
The Hubbard County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
