Paul Bunyan Broadcasting’s own Tom Lucas was announced the Class AA speech coach of the year for 2022.
Coach Lucas was a finalist after being voted 8AA Speech Coach of the Year in April.
The Minnesota Speech Coaches Association presented the award after a vote by member coaches at the Communication and Theater Association of Minnesota Convention held last Friday.
Lucas has coached Bemidji Lumberjack speakers since the 2005-2006 season.
