Paul Bunyan Mall Dairy Queen to close this month

The Bemidji Dairy Queen is closing its mall location. According to a Facebook announcement, the franchise opted not to renew their lease at the Paul Bunyan Mall, and will permanently close within the month.

“We would like to send out our sincerest gratitude to all of our employees and also the customers who came in and supported us throughout the years that we have been in the Paul Bunyan Mall, and also send out a special thank you to the local management in the Paul Bunyan Mall,” read the online announcement.

The announcement says the Lakeside Dairy Queen is preparing to open and that they are currently hiring.

Gift cards and certificates will be honored at the Lakeside location, and Dairy Queen gift cards are honored at any Dairy Queen.
